Jennifer Liptak serves as the Vice-President, Deputy Executive Director, and Chief Operating Officer at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission since June 2024. With a longstanding career at Allegheny County since 1998, roles have included Chief of Staff, Budget Director, and Finance Manager, as well as Board Member. Jennifer is currently a Board Member for multiple organizations, including the Port Authority of Allegheny County, Carnegie Science Center, and Riverlife. Education includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and advanced certifications from Duquesne University. Additionally, participation in the Young American Leaders Program at Harvard Business School and the FBI Citizens Academy exemplifies ongoing professional development.
