Andy Weiss is a seasoned sales and leadership coach currently employed at Southwestern Consulting since June 2022. As the founder of Next Level Business Coaching, established in December 2020, Andy aids small business owners in realizing their vision and unlocking significant financial potential within their enterprises. With extensive experience as a licensed realtor and business coach at Coldwell Banker Realty since November 2009, Andy focuses on the growth and development of fellow agents. Additionally, Andy co-founded House to Home Holdings in April 2017, a residential real estate investment firm specializing in home renovations, and owns Queen City Real Estate Investments, managing various residential properties in the Cincinnati area since July 2004. Early management experience was gained at Stanley Steemer from September 1996 to July 2000. Andy Weiss holds degrees from The University of Akron and Hondros College in real estate sales.
