Robert Turner is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and service management. Currently serving as an IT Help Desk Support Specialist at Southwestern Community College District since September 2024, Robert previously held the position of IT Service Desk Manager at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage from April 2021 to June 2024, overseeing a team supporting 1,500 end users. Earlier roles include Technical Support Analyst at TriWest Healthcare Alliance and various positions at Qualcomm, where responsibilities ranged from managing IT Help Desks to supporting large-scale IT operations for 35,000 global employees.
