Timo Aleste is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and sales. Since March 2014, Timo has served as a Founding Partner at Trustek OÜ, establishing the company as the leading timber truss manufacturer in the Baltic region, with operations in Estonia and Lithuania. Concurrently, Timo has been a Senior District Sales Manager at Southwestern Advantage since October 2010, responsible for training and leading both new and existing sales teams. Previously, Timo was a Sales Executive and Sales Team Lead at LHV Asset Management / Lindomare OÜ from October 2007 to October 2010, focusing on selling and marketing pension funds and banking accounts while training sales teams. Timo's career began with a role as a Customer Service Representative at Hilton Worldwide in 2006. Timo holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology and completed studies at the Estonian Business School between 2015 and 2019.
