Janelle Westfall currently serves as the Chief Clinical Operations Officer at Southwest Network, overseeing strategic planning and implementation of integrative health services for both adults and children. Additionally, Janelle is an Academic Associate at Arizona State University, co-instructing the Masters of Social Work program and providing feedback to students. Previously, Janelle held the position of Senior Clinical and Operations Director at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, where responsibilities included leading clinical services strategy and managing a team that oversaw significant client populations. Janelle also held roles as Director of Clinical Operations and Crisis Assessment Counselor at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health and Banner Desert Medical Center, respectively. Janelle holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University, along with coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northern Arizona University.
