Veronica Ceaser MBA, MSN, LNHA, RN, GERO-BC, QCP, RAC-CT is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong focus on clinical reimbursement and nursing management. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement at Southwest LTC Management, Veronica oversees clinical reimbursement initiatives and manages staff. With a background in MDS coordination and nursing leadership, Veronica has held various roles, including Lead MDS Coordinator and Director of Nursing, contributing to quality improvement and reimbursement optimization in skilled nursing facilities. Educationally, Veronica holds multiple degrees in nursing and healthcare management, with ongoing studies in Nursing Education at Western Governors University.
