Rusty Goodwill currently serves as a Senior Learning & Development Partner at Southwest Gas Corporation since July 2019. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Guest Experience at Excalibur Hotel & Casino from June 2017 to April 2019, where Rusty created property-wide service goals and led coaching sessions. At MGM Resorts International, Rusty held the position of Senior Operations Trainer from June 2012 to June 2017, focusing on employee training development. Earlier, Rusty was the Learning and Development Manager at The Signature at MGM Grand from October 2006 to June 2012 and managed Hotel/Front Services operations. Rusty holds education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and Valley High School.
