Mallory Houck, MS, RDN has worked as a Registered Dietitian at Fresenius Medical Care North America since November 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Director of Health and Nutrition at SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence starting in June 2016. Before transitioning into the field of nutrition, Mallory worked as an Operations Agent at Southwest Airlines from February 2010 to August 2013.

Mallory Houck, MS, RDN obtained their Bachelor's degree in Community Nutrition from the University of North Dakota, where they attended from 2004 to 2009. Mallory then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Human Nutrition at Texas State University, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015. In 2015 to 2016, Mallory furthered their education by completing a Certification in Dietetic Internship at Texas State University.
