Shannon Bustillos is a seasoned educator and leadership trainer with extensive experience in sports and recreation management. Currently serving as a Learning Instructor at Southwest Airlines since December 2021, Shannon has concurrently contributed as an Educator Trainer for World Rugby, providing essential training for course educators, referees, and coaches. With a background in managing USA Rugby's Department of Training and Education, Shannon has developed comprehensive training curriculums and workshops for coaches. Previous roles include Head Rugby Coach at Milwaukee School of Engineering and Assistant Director of Recreational Sports at Marquette University, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing wellness programs and facility operations. Shannon holds a Master's degree in Sports Leadership from Marquette University and additional advanced degrees in health and psychology.
