Samantha Sebree is a Project Engineer currently employed at Southway Builders, Inc. since April 2024, following a tenure at Frank L. Blum Construction Company from July 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included document control and project coordination for the Heritage Hall Replacement at Croasdaile Village in Durham, NC. Prior to these roles, Samantha gained experience at Messer Construction Co. overseeing projects such as the Innovation I at Imperial Center and worked as a mixed needs home provider and babysitter. Additional roles include cooperative education positions at Turner Construction Company, Shook Construction, and Kokosing Construction Company, accumulating a comprehensive foundation in civil engineering through a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Akron.
