Lynn Willems is an experienced veterinary professional currently serving as a Veterinary Assistant at Southview Animal Hospital since December 2020, where responsibilities include supporting veterinarians during appointments and assisting with lab samples. Additional roles include serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant with the Equine Respiratory Disease Research Program, analyzing dust exposure data, and interning in veterinary medicine with VAW Global Health Alliances, where assistance included performing exams and administering treatments to animals in shelters and rural areas. Previously, Lynn held positions as a Kennel Assistant and Client Service Representative at Southview Animal Hospital, and as a Guest Advocate at Target. Lynn Willems is pursuing a degree in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Minnesota, following a degree in Neurobiology and Physiology with a focus on Pre-Veterinary Studies from Purdue University.
