John Oswald has extensive work experience in the banking industry. John began their career in 2003 as a Financial Specialist at Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2012, they served as a Commercial Sales Associate at TD Bank. John then transitioned to the role of Commercial Credit Analyst at TD Bank from 2012 to 2014. John then joined Patriot Bank as a VP/Commercial Credit Analyst in 2014, where they worked until 2019. John subsequently joined CenterState Bank as a VP/Commercial Relationship Manager in 2019 and is currently working in the same role. In 2021, they joined SouthState Bank, where they also serve as a VP/Commercial Relationship Manager.

John Oswald attended West Virginia University from 1994 to 2000. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture, with a specialization in Environmental Protection.
