Helder Belim currently serves as Designate General Manager at Southern Wind Group Ltd since February 2024. Previously, Helder was General Manager at Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill from January 2019 to February 2024, and held the position of Manager at Escalaconstante from August 2017 to November 2018. Prior roles include Deputy General Manager and Assistant Manager at Fazenda Liverpool between September 2013 and October 2016, as well as Direcção de Lojas at Socipamo from August 2012 to January 2013. Helder also gained experience as F&B Manager and Restaurant Manager at Choupana Hills Resort & SPA from March 2006 to July 2012. Educational qualifications include WSET Level 3 in Wines and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust completed in 2015, a Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate from QUALIFI in 2014, and a Tourism Degree in Business Administration and Management from Instituto Superior de Lisboa e Vale do Tejo.
