Francisco Martinez is an accomplished chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Fazenda Restaurants within Southern Wind Group Ltd since April 2014, Francisco previously held the role of Executive Chef at Aqua Restaurant Group from December 2009 to April 2011. Francisco's career also includes positions as Sous Chef at both Silk and Cocoon Club from November 2002 to June 2004, and at El Bulli from March 2002 to October 2002. Francisco's foundational education in Professional Cooking, Food Preparation, and Kitchen Assistance was completed at CDT Alicante from 1998 to 2001.
