Amelia Wiggins is an accomplished arts leader currently serving as the Executive Director at Southern Vermont Arts Center since August 2024. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Delaware Art Museum from June 2015 to July 2024, including Director of Advancement and External Affairs and Director of Communications & Engagement, among others. Earlier career positions encompass several educational and programmatic roles at Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Franklin Institute, Stark Museum of Art, and The Walters Art Museum. Earning a Master of Science in Leadership in Museum Education from Bank Street College of Education and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Art History from Maryland Institute College of Art, Amelia has also pursued further education, including a certificate in Ornamental Horticulture from Longwood Gardens and ongoing studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
