Tate Reeves

Tate Reeves is currently a Board Member at the SOUTHERN REGIONAL EDUCATION BOARD. Prior to this, they served as the lead national security advisor for a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee in the U.S. Senate from February 2019 to January 2020. Reeves also served as a policy advisor to the Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee from April 2017 to January 2018. In addition, they have worked as the Deputy Policy Director at the Office of Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves and as an Assistant to the Chief of Staff/Legislative Aide at the Office of U.S. Senator Thad Cochran. Reeves began their career as a Physical Therapy Technician at Cornerstone Rehabilitation.

Tate Reeves is a graduate of the USAF Air Command and Staff College, where they earned a Master of Science in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies. Tate also holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi. In addition, Reeves has completed the Defense Strategy Course at the U.S. Army War College and the U.S. Naval War College.
