Shelly Gibson has extensive experience in educational coaching and curriculum development. Currently serving as an Instructional Coach at Southern Regional Education Board since November 2019, Shelly is responsible for enhancing instructional practices and supporting educators. Prior to this role, Shelly worked for Gaston County Schools from April 2006 to November 2019 as a Middle School Curriculum Facilitator, where responsibilities included overseeing curriculum implementation and providing guidance to teachers to improve student outcomes.
