Banks White serves as the Executive Chef at Southern Proper Hospitality Group since February 2021, managing a $10M food and beverage operation. Previously, Banks held the position of Culinary Director at Rambler SF from 2017 to January 2021, where recognition included being named a Rising Star Chef by Star Chefs Magazine in 2019, overseeing $15M in F&B operations across multiple locations. Banks' experience also includes roles as Executive Chef at The Mosser Hotel and Corner Social, and Chef De Cuisine at Minton's, receiving accolades such as a NY Post 3 Star Review and recognition in Departures Magazine's Top 100. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Chef at FIVE Restaurant & Bar, a Michelin BIB Gourmand establishment. Banks White received culinary education from the New England Culinary Institute and participated in the Star Chefs International Congress in New York.
