Matt Nugent is an experienced orthopedic specialist focusing on sports medicine and shoulder reconstruction. Currently serving at Southern Oregon Orthopedics since August 2022, Matt previously held a similar role at Asante Physician Partners Orthopedic Surgery from August 2013 to August 2022. Prior experience includes completion of an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Steadman Hawkins Clinic in 2013 and an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Banner Health from 2007 to 2012. Matt Nugent earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Utah.
