Thomas Boisvert has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the New Store Team and Remodel Project Team Leader at Five Below since 2004. Responsibilities include opening new stores, adhering to brand standards, and training associates and managers. Previous roles include Store Manager and New Store Team Leader at Five Below, Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager at Toys"R"Us, and various management positions at Big Lots, TJ Maxx, Zale Jewelers, Montgomery Ward, and Fred Allen Jewelers. In addition to retail experience, Thomas has been actively involved in Southern New Hampshire University's First Generational Group Learner initiative, focusing on supporting and empowering first-generation college students. Academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and multiple certifications in business management and human resources.
