Michele Whitehouse is an experienced professional in project management and program delivery, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University since April 2017. Prior to this role, Michele worked at NRC Health as the Director of Program Management from August 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading an Agile transformation that improved delivery rates significantly. Michele also held various leadership positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2005 to July 2021, culminating in the role of Director of Engineering, where initiatives included developing a workforce strategy and achieving substantial cost savings. Michele holds a Master of Science in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business, completed between 2009 and 2012.
