Heidi Gordon has extensive experience in education and organizational leadership, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University since February 2020 and previously as Adjunct Faculty at Chestnut Hill College from November 2016 to April 2023. As the Director of Intervention Services at The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania Inc. since March 2016, Heidi has developed and implemented numerous staff improvement and organizational programs, including rebranding initiatives and policy revisions. In their prior roles, including Vice President of Quality and Organizational Development and Program Operations at Project Transition, Heidi managed multiple program sites, ensured compliance with regulations, and promoted quality improvement initiatives. Heidi holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from DeSales University.
