Bilal Abada, Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Southern Nevada Water Authority since August 2022, focusing on water management and membrane fouling. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University from January 2015 to August 2022, where research involved investigating fouling and chemical cleaning of reverse osmosis/nanofiltration membranes, membrane pretreatment roles, and collaborations on membrane filtration innovations. Bilal also worked as a Site Civil Engineer at Adnan Aswad Engineering Consultants from October 2012 to February 2014, providing field engineering support for significant construction projects like Baghdad Mall and Princess Tower. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and Master's Degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Texas A&M University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
