Melany Flor Serrano currently serves as Ejecutiva Comercial at Aseguradora del Sur, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Melany held the title of Reina de Santo Domingo during the 2022-2023 term at Patronato Municipal de Inclusi贸n Social and worked as Consultora de Comunicaci贸n at Ministerio de Cultura y Patrimonio del Ecuador from March to June 2022. Other roles include Analista de Ciberinteligencia at Secretar铆a Nacional de Inteligencia del Ecuador and Periodista at Medios P煤blicos del Ecuador. Melany has experience in communication analysis and strategy, beginning with roles as Analista de Comunicaci贸n at SNAI and Social Media Strategist at Gesti贸n Agency. Educational qualifications include a M谩ster en Social Media from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, a M谩ster en Comunicaci贸n Estrat茅gica from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, and a Licenciada en Comunicaci贸n Organizacional from Universidad Central del Ecuador.
