Tim Wells is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as a Broker/Realtor/GRI at Southern Homes of The Carolinas since July 2018. Prior roles include Real Estate Broker/Realtor/GRI at Savvy and Company Real Estate, Sales Representative at Bonterra Builders, LLC, and Broker/Realtor/GRI at Allen Tate Realtors. Tim began the career as a New Homes Sales Agent at Crescent Communities Realty, specializing in custom homes and homesites.
