Eldher Oblitas has extensive experience in the mining and metallurgical industry, currently serving as Supervisor de operaciones at Southern Peru Copper Corporation since June 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing production operations at the Chancado Primario plant and assisting in operations at Chancado Secundario and Molibdeno plants while managing safety systems and personnel. Prior to this role, Eldher held the position of Jefe de Guardia at Minera Bateas SAC, a Fortuna Silver Mines company, from August 2007 to June 2015, where duties involved managing operations, personnel, and product quality at the Huallacho Concentration Plant, along with expertise as an Internal Auditor in Management Systems and contributions to work management methodology development. Eldher Oblitas holds a degree in metallurgical engineering from the National University of Engineering, completed in 2003.
