Shadoe Lass currently serves as a First Officer and Flight Follower at Southern Airways Express since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Customer Service Associate at Wawa, Inc. from February 2020 to July 2023, and as Lead Flight Dispatcher at REVA, Inc. from January 2022 to August 2022. Shadoe also worked as a Barista Trainer at Starbucks from September 2018 to December 2019. Educational qualifications comprise a Commercial Pilot ASEL/IR degree from OSM Aviation Academy (January 2021 - December 2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Nova Southeastern University (August 2018 - May 2021). Shadoe completed a college preparatory program at Western High School, graduating in June 2018.
