Brian Prendergast has accumulated extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Post-Purchase Specialist and Quality Assurance Analyst at Southeast Mortgage of Georgia, Inc. since August 2012. Prior roles at the same company include Conventional Mortgage Loan Underwriter, Central Disclosing Team Member, and Mortgage Loan Processor. Brian's earlier career includes a position as a Drive-Through Teller at Wells Fargo and work as a Stand-In and Scene Extra for the TV series "The Vampire Diaries." Educationally, Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Georgia and an Associate of Science in Psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College, along with prior studies at Georgia College & State University.
