Tuesday Florence serves as the Owner and CEO of Divine Global Solutions, operating under the name OurRecovery2 since October 2020. Additionally, Tuesday Florence has been involved with Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health as a Counseling and Education Group Facilitator and Behavioral Health Technician since May 2018, alongside owning Legacy Carpet Cleaning and Restoration since March 2018. Previous experience includes roles ranging from Personal Care Assistant at Premier Home Health Care, Inc. to Counselor in Training at Pathways to Housing, and substitute teaching at Salem Avenue Baptist Church. Tuesday Florence holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, a Bachelor's degree in Management and Finance from Park University, and a Master's degree in Christian Ministry with a focus on Christian Counseling from Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary.
