James Allen has extensive experience in the energy and industrial sectors, currently serving as Team Leader at Southeast Georgia Health System since September 2011, focusing on training junior technicians and overseeing utilities maintenance and electrical distribution. Prior to this role, James held the position of E/I Reliability at Weyerhaeuser from April 2006 to May 2011, where responsibilities included continuous improvement and reliability initiatives. James began their career at Georgia Pacific/Koch Cellulose from January 1990 to March 2006 as Electrical/Instrument Supervisor, managing powerhouse electrical maintenance and turbine generation systems. James pursued education at Georgia Institute of Technology from 1972 to 1974 and Brunswick Junior College from 1970 to 1972, after graduating from Glynn Academy in 1970.
