Kenneth Scott, CMIT, CQM, currently serves as Superintendent and Quality Control Manager at Asturian Construction since September 2022 and has been Quality Control Manager at Southeast Cherokee Construction, Inc. since December 2017. Prior experience includes roles such as IA/Sr Lead Inspector at KCI Technologies, Inc., where assistance was provided on the FHWA Eastern Federal Lands/VDOT I-564 Intermodal Project, and Small Business Development/Engineering Field Support at Business Transformation Group LTD., facilitating support for DBE/SWaM contractors on the VDOT Midtown Tunnel Mega Project.
