Schelia Limon

Schelia Limon is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in military service, behavioral analysis, and healthcare administration.

Having joined the US Army as a Military Police Officer in 2007, Schelia developed a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and attention to detail. After an honorable discharge in 2011, Schelia pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Analysis in 2015.

During this time, Schelia also completed the CAC-I certification in Colorado while working as a Behavioral Health Specialist at a psychiatric hospital. This experience allowed Schelia to develop a profound understanding of mental health and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients in need.

Schelia further expanded her expertise by working as a Case Manager at an all-women's co-occurring 90-day rehab facility for two years. This role involved developing personalized treatment plans, coordinating resources, and providing support to individuals on their journey to recovery.

Currently pursuing a Masters degree in I/O Psychology, Schelia is scheduled to graduate in April 2024. This program has provided Schelia with a deep understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and the ability to drive positive change within the workplace.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Schelia has gained valuable experience in healthcare administration. Starting as an Executive Assistant in hospital administration, Schelia quickly progressed to a managerial role in the Performance Improvement department. This position involves leading teams, implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence. Schelia has also completed her LSSGB certification, further enhancing their skills in process optimization and project management.

With a strong foundation in military service, behavioral analysis, and healthcare administration, Schelia brings a unique blend of leadership, analytical thinking, and a passion for improving lives. Schelia is committed to utilizing her expertise to drive positive change and make a lasting impact in their field.
