Jasmine Esmay has diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Jasmine started their career as a Registered Nurse at Avera St. Mary's Hospital in 2012 and worked there until 2015. During this time, they gained valuable experience in patient care. From 2015 to 2016, Jasmine worked as an RNC-OB at Cody Regional Health. Jasmine then transitioned to TaleMed, where they worked as a Registered Nurse from 2015 to 2018. In 2015, they also began their role as an RNC-OB at Travel Nurse, which they held until 2018. In 2018, Jasmine joined SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) as a BSN, RNC-OB, IBCLC, CLC, where they provided comprehensive care and support for patients. In 2021, they became the Owner of Tongass Lactation Consulting, where they continue to provide specialized lactation support services. Throughout their career, Jasmine has demonstrated expertise in utilization review, case management, and inpatient care coordination. Jasmine'sexperience spans a range of healthcare settings and demonstrates their commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Jasmine Esmay began their education at Southwestern Community College from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Subsequently, they enrolled at Western Governors University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Furthermore, they obtained additional certifications including Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) from the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice, Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC) from The National Certification Corporation, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) from the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners®, and Registered Nurse from the State of Alaska.
