Neil Blanchard has extensive experience in executive leadership within the housing and healthcare sectors. Since May 2001, Neil has held various positions at Southdown Housing Association, including Chief Executive, Acting Chief Executive, and Executive Director of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed operational performance and strategic development of the Housing Division and Housing Support Services. Additionally, Neil served as a Board Member at St Barnabas Hospices from March 2018 to September 2021, contributing to the provision of specialist palliative care. Neil obtained a BSc Hons in Land Management and Surveying Technology from the University of Portsmouth between 1987 and 1990.
