Samuel Smith is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management and site management across several reputable companies. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Southbase Construction since September 2021, Samuel has held similar roles at Apollo Projects and has extensive experience as a Commercial Site Manager at Fletcher Construction and Dominion Constructors Ltd. Samuel began the career as a Qualified Carpenter at HANHAM & PHILP CONTRACTORS after completing a series of educational qualifications in construction, including a Bachelor of Construction in Construction Management and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Ara Institute of Canterbury, along with a Certificate in Carpentry and a Certificate in Construction from BCITO and Southern Institute of Technology, respectively.
