Neil Redwine is an experienced maintenance planning professional with a strong background in the mining and heavy equipment sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Maintenance Planner at South32 since November 2019, Neil has been instrumental in developing and managing the CMMS for the Hermosa Project. In previous roles, including Master Data & Planning Specialist at MCSPro, Inc. and Maintenance Planner at The North American Coal Corporation, Neil demonstrated expertise in planning and overseeing maintenance activities for large teams and equipment fleets. Neil's early career included significant contributions at BHP Billiton and Freeport-McMoRan, where Neil drove reliability improvements and process enhancements. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an Associate of Science in Computer and Networking Technology from Western New Mexico University.
