Alison Gerber is a highly skilled professional in carbon management and environmental performance, currently serving as Principal Carbon Management and Performance at South32 since January 2022. Prior to this role, Alison held various positions at Hillside Aluminium from December 2006 to December 2021, including Environmental Specialist and HSEC Reporting Specialist. Alison's educational background includes an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Management Sciences, both obtained from Stellenbosch University.
