Russ Beaumont is an experienced manager with a diverse background in operations, personnel management, and training within various sectors. Currently serving as the Resource & Production Operations Manager at South West Water since May 2017, Beaumont previously held the role of Area Practice Manager at Main Dental Partners and Production Manager for the SW London Area at Thames Water. Additional experience includes delivering leadership training in the rail sector through Benchmark Training Ltd and contributing to HR systems development in HM Forces. Beaumont's career began at Nortel Networks, specializing in global network product support. Educational foundations were laid at Bridgwater & Taunton College and the University of Plymouth.
