Lysette Whyment is a Science and Optimisation Scientist currently working at South West Water since January 2022, following a secondment from Adler & Allan where the role was held from August 2021 to January 2022. In this position, Lysette provides scientific operational support focused on wastewater process optimisation, chemical and energy efficiencies, and monitoring of trade effluent policy while advising the delivery team on environmental risks and liaising with the Environment Agency. Previously, Lysette served as a Supervisor at Boston Tea Party Cafes from June 2017 to August 2021. Lysette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology with Foundation from the University of Plymouth, completed in 2020.
