From 2015 to the present, Andrea has been appointed as Chief Executive for the English Schools’ Football Association, a membership charity with 450 member associations, where she has exercised strategic decision making, coupled with a sound understanding of financial management in order to take the Association out of financial difficulty.

Andrea has a sound understanding of the role of FE, having worked at Cannock Chase College from 2001 – 2004 where she then went on to progress to a number of senior roles at Cambridge Regional College, Walsall College, and New College Nottingham, where key responsibilities included responsibility for the development of successful quality assurance and improvement strategies.

Andrea is a local resident and has a genuine interest in the development of the South Staffordshire community, its economy, its residents, and its profile.
