Megan Pearson currently serves in the role of International Industrial Strategy at BAE Systems, where responsibilities include collaborating with international partners to align industrial and programme goals and developing an engineering operating model to meet customer capability requirements. Previous experience encompasses a dynamic position as an Analytical Engineer, conducting capability and effectiveness analyses for national and international aerospace initiatives, and a foundational role as an Apprentice Aerospace Software Engineer, engaging in software design, delivery, and testing. In addition to professional work, Megan Pearson holds the position of Young Professional Ambassador at the Institution of Engineering and Technology and serves as a Level 2 Women's Artistic Gymnastics Coach for South Ribble Borough Council. Prior experience includes a Gymnastics Instructor role at SERCO LEISURE OPERATING LIMITED. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire and A-Levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Computer Science, and English Literature from Runshaw College.
