Dave Tetlow has extensive experience in cultural services and heritage management, currently serving as the Shared Cultural Services Manager at South Ribble Borough Council since April 2020, previously holding the position of Shared Service Arts and Heritage Manager. Before this role, Dave was the Arts and Heritage Manager at Chorley Council from July 2013 to June 2020, overseeing the development of Astley Hall Museum and Art Gallery and integrated cultural initiatives in the borough. Prior experience includes serving as Museums Manager at Darlington Borough Council, managing multiple museum collections, and as Museum Director/Curator at The Green Howards Museum. With roles as Museum Officer for Greater Manchester Police and Curator of Social History for Wigan Council, Dave has developed educational programs, exhibitions, and preservation strategies for various heritage sites. Dave holds an MA in Heritage Studies from The University of Salford and a BA in History from The University of Bolton.
