Adriaan Mdaka has a diverse range of experience in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as a Contact Center Agent at South Point since December 2021, Adriaan previously held the position of Resident Assistant at the same company from February 2020 to November 2020. In 2019, Adriaan completed an apprenticeship at Bermar Industries, where responsibilities included assisting staff with tasks such as sheet metal cutting, notching, grinding, welding, and assembly during a vacation work period.
