Felicia Ratliff is an experienced education professional with a background in adult education and testing coordination. Currently serving as Testing Coordinator and Adult Basic Skills Intake and Testing Specialist at South Piedmont Community College since July 2019, Felicia previously held the role of Adult Basic Education Facilitator at the Literacy Council of Union County from November 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included case management for adult students and tutors. Felicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Winston-Salem State University, earned between 1987 and 1993.
