Hollie Farr, an Associate member of CIPD, currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant at Reaction Engines from October 2022 to April 2024, and HR Assistant at Abingdon and Witney College between September 2018 and September 2022. Hollie began their career in human resources at Wolfson College, working as a Nursery Nurse from September 2012 to September 2018. Educational qualifications include CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management and Services, obtained from Abingdon and Witney College in January 2021, and CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources Practice, completed in 2020.
