Doug Semmel is an experienced professional in mushroom cultivation, currently serving as the Director Of Growing at South Mill Champs Mushrooms since August 2018. Prior to this position, Doug worked as a Grower at Greenwood Mushrooms from February 2008 to August 2018 and also held a Grower role at Kaolin Mushroom Farms from 1998 to 2008. Doug Semmel obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Delaware, graduating in 1998.
