Tom Harvey is the owner of Clocktower in Milnthorpe, a long-established independent domestic appliance specialist serving South Lakes, Furness, and North Lancashire. Since 2007, Tom has also served as a District Councillor for South Lakeland District Council, representing Grange South Ward and holding the position of Deputy Leader of the Conservative Group. Additionally, Tom has been the Chairman of Grange-over-Sands Town Council and contributes to housing as a Shadow Cabinet Portfolio holder.
