Lisa Pipes serves as the Director of HR at The Education Alliance since January 2012, where alignment of HR practices with organizational needs at both operational and strategic levels is prioritized. Responsibilities include designing local pay structures, developing career pathways, and implementing measures for effective recruitment, retention, and succession planning. Lisa has led the restructuring efforts to maintain financial viability and has facilitated the legal transfer of schools into the Trust, ensuring compliance with TUPE and governance requirements. Additionally, Lisa directs HR across the Trust, collaborating closely with the CEO and Executive Team to deliver strategic objectives while also holding the HR leadership position at South Hunsley School and Sixth Form College, demonstrating extensive expertise in human resources management.
