Naomi Smith has extensive experience in educational leadership and workforce development. Currently serving as the LSIF Programme Director at South Hampshire College Group since September 2023, Naomi previously held multiple roles at Fareham College, including Head of Workforce Industry Exchange and Professional Development Manager, focusing on supporting educational staff placements and CPD training in key industries. From September 2011 to October 2018, Naomi worked as a Maths and English Lecturer at Highbury College and as a Lecturer in Travel and Tourism at Oxford and Cherwell Valley College. Earlier roles included Head of Fundraising at The Rose Road Association and National F2F Fundraising Manager at RNLI. Naomi holds a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education from the University of Portsmouth and a BA (Hons) in Tourism Studies from Bournemouth University.
