Tim Harper, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering phases. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Lead Engineer at the South Florida Water Management District since February 2011, Tim Harper has effectively managed significant projects, including a $22M certification project for the East Coast Protective Levee in compliance with FEMA regulations. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Greenhorne & O'Mara from September 2001 to January 2011 and as an Engineer at Dewberry from May 2000 to September 2001. Tim Harper holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, completed in 2000.
